First Course:

    Warm bread with lodge-made dipping sauce

Second Course:

  • choose from soup or salad
  • Soup: Silver Lake Signature roasted tomato bisque with pesto drizzle and Parmesan crisp -or- Seasonal Soup
  • Salad: Silver Lake Signature Caesar salad with heirloom tomatoes, bacon, Parmesan crisp and lodge-made Caesar dressing -or- Seasonal Salad

Main Course:

  • Hand-cut bacon-wrapped filet served with a special hearty potato side and fresh seasonal vegetables
  • Gourmet stuffed pork chops served on a bed of mixed grains and wild mushrooms with gravy, a special hearty potato side, and fresh seasonal vegetable
  • Cornish hen prepared with a special chipotle rub served with pearled couscous and fresh seasonal vegetables
  • Boeuf Bourguignon ~ hearty pieces of select beef with baby potatoes and baby carrots in a rich wine sauce served over pasta

Fourth Course:

  • Chocolate Molten Lava Cake – served hot
  • New York-style Cheesecake with with chocolate & caramel drizzle -or- raspberry drizzle
  • Lemon Marscarpone Layered Cake with white chocolate shavings
