First Course:

    Warm bread with lodge-made dipping sauce

Second Course:

  • Soup: Silver Lake Signature roasted tomato bisque with pesto drizzle and Parmesan crisp -or- Seasonal Soup
  • Salad: Silver Lake Signature Caesar salad with heirloom tomatoes, bacon, Parmesan crisp and lodge-made Caesar dressing -or- Seasonal Salad

Main Course:

  • Bacon-wrapped steak with horseradish-white cheddar mashed potatoes, and fresh seasonal vegetables
  • Mixed grains and wild mushroom-stuffed pork chop with mushroom gravy, lodge-made apple sauce and fresh seasonal vegetables
  • Cornish hens in orange marmalade wine sauce with pearled couscous, and fresh seasonal vegetables

Fourth Course:

  • Sample Selections
  • Chocolate Molten Lava Cake – served hot
  • New York-style Cheesecake with seasonal Fresh Fruit
  • Lemon Marscarpone Layered Cake with white chocolate shavings
  • $50 per person or $95 for two

Gourmet dinners are served with complimentary wine.
